Our hotel is for adults only (18+).

Credit Card

A credit card needs to be placed on file for any incidental charges during Check-In.

Accepted Forms of Payment

The property takes Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. We do not accept American Express.

Deposit

We charge a one night non-refundable deposit for all reservations. Holiday bookings December 15 – January 15 are fully non-refundable for the complete stay.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking

The Treehouse is a non-smoking property. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking violations carry a penalty of $100 USD per day.

Cancellation

A one-night non-refundable deposit is charged at booking. Cancellations 14 or more days before arrival forfeit only the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days mean the entire stay will be charged and is 100% non-refundable. December 15 – January 15 bookings are entirely non-refundable regardless of notice.

No-Show or Early Departure

The total price of the reservation will be charged.

Legal ID

Formal legal ID is required at check-in, preferably a passport.

Occupancy

Each room accommodates single or double occupancy. No more than two individuals per room are allowed.

Damage

Guests bear responsibility for damages and incur applicable fees.

Room Subletting

Unregistered guests cannot occupy rooms without management approval.

Hotel Access

Use of hotel rooms and common areas are for registered guests only.
